When will I receive my refund/exchange?
For refunds:
We endeavour to process refunds within 5 working days of receipt at our warehouse. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.

For exchange:
We will ship your new items within 5 business days after we receive your return at our warehouse. You will receive an email notification with the new order details.

How much does the return cost?
